Terms of Service

Last updated September 27, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They cover your subscription, what you can and can't do with Peersheep, and what we're responsible for.

01Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Peersheep's website, web app, API and related services (the “Service”), provided by Peersheep (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” refers to that organisation.

02Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account and workspace, including by team members you invite. Tell us promptly at hello@peersheep.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

03Subscriptions, free plan and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our sales team. New accounts start on the Free plan, which needs no card. Plan includes a monthly allowance of credits for AI features; unused credits don't roll over, and the allowance refills on the first day of each month (UTC).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and charges appear on your statement with the descriptor “PEERSHEEP”. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies in your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next renewal.

04Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan by emailing hello@peersheep.com. Renewal payments and partial billing periods are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to break any law or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • monitor pages behind logins you are not authorised to access, or bypass paywalls or access controls;
  • use the Service to harass, stalk or collect personal data about private individuals;
  • overload, probe or attack the Service or the websites it monitors;
  • resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
  • share account access to evade plan limits.

You are responsible for making sure your monitoring of third-party websites complies with applicable law and those websites' terms. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

06Your content

You own the data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

07Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google, Slack and Stripe. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

08AI-generated output

Briefings, summaries and agent responses are produced with AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Crawling runs on a schedule, so changes are not detected in real time and some sites may block us. Verify important information before relying on it for business decisions.

09Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Peersheep and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, and will give notice where reasonable. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we will delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peersheep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Peersheep against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

14Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

15Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, for material changes, notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
